Fresh, New Ideas from an Experienced Consultant

Even though I’ve been involved in the nonprofit sector as a staff member or volunteer for most of my life, I still get a thrill from knowing that I am making a difference.  My goal is to help you, your volunteers and staff experience those thrills on a regular basis by giving you the tools to better achieve your mission.

My breadth of experience in the nonprofit and marketing fields make me uniquely qualified to address all aspects of your organization:

Kelly served eleven years as a trustee of The College of St. Scholastica, where she impressed me with her insights about governance, leadership and development in the nonprofit sector. She listens carefully and is an independent thinker who carefully considers your situation and makes recommendations to meet your specific needs instead of giving off-the-shelf advice. She is an experienced, intelligent and energetic professional and I give her my highest recommendation.
— Larry Goodwin, President Emeritus, The College of St. Scholastica
As the Nicolet College Foundation began the transitional process of new leadership, I retained the services of Kelly Fischer to guide and provide consultation for a smooth reorganization. Records management in the Nicolet College Foundation was still in the paper era. Kelly led us through the process of selecting and implementing a constituent records management system that best fits our organization. Her depth of knowledge and breadth of experience helped us to envision greater efficiencies and effectiveness in Foundation operations. The concise evaluation and clear reporting Kelly provided facilitated the Foundation board’s understanding and adoption of the new system. Kelly has put the Foundation on the right track to achieve its goals for the future.
